Booking Process:
1. Select your preferred package from the designated service page.
2. Choose your desired date and time.
3. Complete the booking form, providing all necessary details.
4. Send any photo inspiration or visual references to as noted at the end of the form. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response.
5. Once your request is approved, you will receive an invoice via email. A 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of that confirmation to secure your session.
Important:
Unpaid deposits will result in your requested date and/or time being released.
Note: All sessions start at the base price listed. Final pricing may vary based on selected add-ons. Be sure to review all add-ons before requesting a session.
For Event Photography & Luxe Brand Experience:
• These sessions require a custom quote.
• Please fill out the inquiry form instead of booking directly.
• You will receive a response within 3-4 business days to discuss details and next steps.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. All invoices include Connecticut sales tax.
Clients may choose to pay the full balance upfront or pay the deposit to reserve the appointment.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the session and may be paid through the same invoice or in cash.
Images will not be released until the full balance has been received.
Payment plans are available through Afterpay and Klarna, which can be selected once the invoice is received.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Sessions may be rescheduled once if the request is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the session will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If a client chooses to cancel instead of rescheduling, a new deposit will be required to book again.
In the event of unsafe weather conditions including heavy rain, snow, extreme temperatures, or high winds, sessions may be rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion for safety and image quality.
This policy applies to both outdoor and studio sessions when travel conditions may be affected.
If weather impacts your session date, your session will be moved to the next available date at no additional session fee.
Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days, based on availability.
Light rain, cloudy skies, or overcast conditions are considered workable shooting conditions and do not qualify for rescheduling.
Final weather decisions are made by the photographer.
To maintain a comfortable and focused studio environment, clients may bring up to two guests to their session.
Additional guests are not permitted unless discussed and approved in advance.
All guests are expected to respect the studio space and allow the photographer to work without interruption.
Children or additional participants must be included in the booking details ahead of time if they are being photographed as larger groups may require a different session package.
Snapped by Tia reserves the right to limit the number of people present in the studio at any point to ensure safety and maintain a productive shooting environment.
Clients should arrive 5–10 minutes before their scheduled session time to allow time to settle in.
Please do not arrive earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment, as the studio may still be in use or being prepared for your session.
Clients are encouraged to arrive dressed and ready, especially for shorter sessions, in order to maximize shooting time.
If clients choose to complete wardrobe changes, hair, makeup, or other preparation during the session, that time will count toward the scheduled session time.
Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time to respect other bookings.
Late arrivals will result in reduced shooting time, as sessions must still end at the originally scheduled time.
Please notify me if you are running late.
Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may have their session canceled without refund.
Additional time may be added depending on the photographer’s availability for an additional fee, but this is not guaranteed.
Watermarked proof galleries will be delivered within 24 hours after your session.
Clients are responsible for selecting their favorite images from the proof gallery.
Image selections should be submitted within 7 days of receiving the gallery.
Delays in selections may extend the final delivery timeline.
To maintain the quality and consistency of my work, RAW/unedited images are not provided.
However, if you would like to purchase them, they are available upon request. (see add-ons)
Final images will be delivered within 7-14 business days after I receive your selections. More complex creative edits or larger galleries may take additional time, you will be notified should this be the case.
Priority delivery is available for an additional fee. (see add-ons on photoshoot package page)
Once you receive your final edited images, you have a 48-hour grace period to request any revisions. Please note that all revision requests must be submitted at the same time, so be sure to thoroughly review your images before reaching out.
Each client is entitled to one free revision per image, if needed. Additional edits/revisions may require an additional fee.
Final galleries will remain active for 30 days after delivery.
After 30 days, galleries may expire and be removed from the system. If a gallery needs to be reopened after expiration, a gallery reactivation fee may apply.
Clients are encouraged to download and save their images promptly once their final gallery is delivered.
